COASTAL MOVEMENTS— The Gunbar arrived at Auckland yesterday afternoon from the East Coast and berthed at the Queen's Wharf. At 2 p.m. to-day she leaves here on her return trip to East Coast bays, Gisborne and Napier. The Wingatui is now sailing from Auckland at 10 o’clock this evening for Lyttelton direct, Dunedin, Oamaru and Timaru. The Waimea left Gisborne at midnight and sails from Napier this afternoon for Auckland, where she is due oxx Sunday. The vessel leaves here at 4 p.m. on Tuesday next on her return trip to Gisborne and Napier. The Waipiata, from Southern ports, left Wellington last evening for Napier and Auckland and should arrive here on Sunday. The Kartigi sailed from Wellington at 11 p.m. yesterday for Tarakohe, Picton and Auckland. She is due here about Thursday next. The Katoa sails from Dunedin to-day, via Timaru. Lyttelton and Wellington, for Auckland, and should arrive here toward the end of next week. The Kaimanawa leaves here at three o’clock this afternoon for Westport, where she loads again on Monday for Auckland. The Kaitoke sailed from Auckland late last evening for Wellington, Lyttelton and Westport. The Kurow is due at Bluff to-day, thence she loads at Port Craig, Dunedin. Wellington and probably Lyttelton for Auckland. The Taranaki was to leave Bluff yesterday for Napier, thence New Plymouth to land the balance of her London cargo. The Northumberland left Lyttelton yesterday lor Port Chalmers, Bluff and New Plymouth to complete the discharge of her Liverpool cargo. The Valacia was to leave Auckland at noon to-day for Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin to land the remainder of her Liverpool cargo. The Daphne sails at 9.45 to-day for Coromandel. She is due back again at nine o’clock on Sunday evening. The Rangitoto, which sailed this morning for Thames, returns again at seven o’clock this evening. The Oraana sails at half-past six this evening for Surf dale, Ostend and Omiha, returning again at nine o’clock to-morrow morning. The Kawau sailed this morning for Waiwera, Mahurangi and "Warkworth, and is due back again at eight o'clock this evening. The Taniwha, due at Auckland at 11 o’clock this evening from Paeroa, sails again at half past eight on Sunday evening for the same port. The I-lauiti is due at Auckland at half past eight to-morrow morning from Kerepeelxi. She sails again at 1.45 p.m. the same day for Waiheke. The Motu sails at noon to-morrow for Awanui and Waipapakauri. The Claymore is due at half past three to-morrow morning from IVhangarei, and will be dispatched again at 7 p.m. on Sunday for the same port. The Ngapuhi is expected to arrive at half past seven to-morrow morning from Tauranga. She sails at 6.30 p.m. on Monday on the return trip. The Richardson steamer Mako is to be dispatched at two o’clock this afternoon for East Coast bays, Napier and WaiThe Awahou is due on Monday from the East Coast. She will sail again at 5 p.m. on Tuesday for Hick’s Bay, Tokomaru Bay and Gisborne. The Coronation sails at noon to-mor-row foi* Awanui. The Lyttelton sailed last evening for Thames. The scow Alma is on slip undergoing annual overhaul and survey.
