COASTAL MOVEMENTS— The Gunbar was due at Auckland shortly after noon to-day from the East Coast and is to berth at the King’s Wharf. She leaves here at noon to-morrow on her return trip to East Coast bays, Gisborne and Napier. The Wingatui, which arrived here yesterday from Southern ports, sails at 5 p.m. to-morrow for Lyttelton direct, Dunedin, Oamaru and Timaru. The Kaitoke returned to Auckland last evening from Portland and berthed at the King’s Wharf. She leaves here at 10 o’clock to-night for Wellington, Lyttelton and Westport. The Kaimanawa arrived at Auckland this morning from Westport, via Napier, and went to Chelsea to discharge her coal. She sails to-morrow evening on her return trip to Westport to load again for this
port. The Waimea arrived at Gisborne at 7 o’clock this morning and leaves at 11 p.m. to-day for Napier and Auckland. She is due here next Sunday. The Waipiata, from Dunedin, Timaru and Lyttelton, arrived at Wellington this morning and leaves to-night for Napier and Auckland. She is due here early next week. The Kartigi, from South Australian ports, via Melbourne, Bluff and Dunedin, left Lyttelton at 8.30 p.m. yesterday, via Wellington. Tarakohe and Pictor., for Auckland, where she is due early next week. The Ivamona left Auckland last evening for Greymouth. where she loads on Saturday for Wellington. The Katoa is to load at Dunedin today, thence Oamaru. Timaru, Lyttelton ami Wellington, for Auckland. The Kurow, from Bluff, loads at Port Craig on Saturday, thence Dunedin, Wellington and probably Lyttelton, for Auckland. Tho Hauiti sails at six o’clock this evening for Kerepeehi. She is due back again at half-past eight on Saturday morning. The Taniwha, leaving at half-past five this evening for Paeroa, returns again at 11 o’clock to-morrow evening. The Ngapuhi sails at half-past six this evening for Tauranga. The vessel is due back at 7.30 a.m. on Saturday. The Claymore leaves at three o’clock this afternoon for Whangarei, and will return again at half-past three on Saturday morning. The Rangitoto arrives at five o’clock this evening from Thames, and will leave again at half-past nine to-morrow morning for the same port. The Daphne is due at seven o’clock this evening from Kopu and Turua. She will be dispatched at 9.45 p.m. to-morrow for Coromandel. The Waiotahi is due at Auckland at six o’clock this evening from the Great Barrier, and will be dispatched at midnight on Sunday for Mercury Bay, Tairua and Whangamata. The Kawau, arriving at Auckland at nine o’clock this evening from Kawau. Takatu, Ti Point and Little and Big Omaha, sails at_ eight o’clock to-morrow morning for Waiwera, Mahurangi and Warkworth. The Omana is due at eight o’clock this evening from Kawau, Mullet Point and Matakana, and will be dispatched at halfpast six to-morrow evening for Surfdale, Ostend and Omiha. The Clansman, arriving at half-past seven to-morrow morning from the North, sails again at five o’clock on Monday evening next for Russell, Opua, Whang'aroa and Mangonui.
