BUILD IN BRICK

A CLAIM THAT SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED Everyone who considers building at an}' time is faced with the question of material, the cheapness of wood compared with the many valuable but expensive properties of brick. The natural desire of everyone to build in brick can be indulged in now, however, for the Harding Construction Co. states that their prices are competitive with wood building. There are three very decided advantages of brick construction and these should be remembered by all intending builders. These advantages are, first, the considerable saving in insurance premiums on brick buildings, second, the removal of any necessity for expensive painting, and lastly, the fact that brick houses are always as cool in summer as they are warm in winter. The Harding Construction Company of Mount Eden are specialists in brick bungalows, and in addition do all other kinds of brick work. They build and repair chimneys, open fireplaces, outhouses and garages, and for whatever they do thej r give a guarantee. They do all their own work, including tar and sanding and concrete paths, and consider no job either too large or too small. Their slogan is “Build in Brick,” and this should certainly be investigated by anyone contemplating building.
