MUSEUM LEVY

“INEVITABLE,” SAYS MT. ROSKILL The Question of the proposed museum levy was discussed at the meeting of the Mount Roskill Road Hoard last evening, when Mr. J. Donald reported that under the proposed scheme the board’s quota would amount to £125 a year. The chairman, Mr. E. F. Jones, said that the board would ultimately be compelled to fall in with the scheme, and on his motion it was agreed to wait until the bill is printed before taking further action.
