COASTAL MOVEMENTS— The Richardson steamer Mako is due at Auckland from Portland on Thursday evening. She is scheduled to sail again at 2 p.m. on Friday for East Coast Bays, Napier and Wairoa. The Awahou is due on Thursday evening, having been delayed on the coast by rain. She will leave on Friday for Tokomaru Bay, Hicks Bay and Gisborne. The Omana, which sailed this morning for Waiheke, is due back again at 6.15 p.m. to-day. The Taniwha is expected to arrive at Auckland at half-past eight this evening from Paeroa. She sails again at 5.30 p.m. to-morrow on the return trip. The Waiotahi, which arrived this morning from Totara North, Houhora, Kaimaumau and Parenga, sails again at midnight to-night for the Great Barrier. The Pono sails at three o’clock to-mor-row afternoon for Mangapai, Parua Bay, One Tree Point and Waipu. The Rangitoto, which sailed this morning for Thames, is due back again at 5 p.m. to-morrow. The Daphne sails at half-past five this evening for Kopu and Turua. She is due back again at seven o’clock to-morrow evening. The Hauiti, which arrived this morning from lverepeehi, sails again at 6 p.m. to-morrow on the return trip. The Ngapuhi, which arrived from Tauranga this morning, sails for the same port again at 6.30 p.m. to-morrow. The Glaymore is due at nine o’clock tomorrow morning from Whangarei, and will be dispatched at 3 p.m. the same day on the return trip. The Omana sails at seven o’clock tomorrow morning for Kaw-gu, Mullet Point and Matakana. The Gunbar is due at Auckland at midday to-morrow from the East Coast and sails the following day at noon on her return trip to East Coast bays, Gisborne and Napier. The Kamona is sailing from Auckland at 5 p.m. to-day for Greymouth, where she is to load for Wellington. The Wingatui, from Southern ports, arrived at Auckland shortly after noon today and berthed at the King’s Wharf. After discharge here, the vessel loads at Auckland, and sails on Friday for Lyttelton direct, Dunedin, Oamaru and Timaru. The Waipiata is to leave Lyttelton at 5 p.m. to-day via Wellington and Napier for Auckland. She now omits Picton on her way and is due here on Monday next. The Kaimanawa left Napier at noon yesterday for Auckland, where she is due at 7 a.m. to-morrow, to complete the discharge of her Westport coal. From here the vessel returns to Westport to load again for Auckland. The Kartigi left Dunedin last evening via Lyttelton, Wellington, Tarakohe and Picton for Auckland. The Kaitoke is due at Auckland tonight from Portland and berths at the. King’s Wharf. At noon to-morrow she leaves here for Wellington, Lyttelton and Westport. The Waimea, which left here last evening for Gisborne, and Napier, returns to Auckland next Sunday. The Kaitangata left Auckland last evening for Portland, where she loads cement to-day for New Plymouth and Greymouth.

The Waitomo sailed from Auckland late last evening for Newcastle, where she loads for New Zealand ports.

The Valacia is expected to leave here to-morrow afternoon for Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin, to land the balance of her Liverpool cargo.
