Ratepayers’ Meeting.—A meeting of ratepayers in the Avondale Town Hall to-night (Wednesday), at 8 o’clock, will hear addresses by Mr. J. R. Lundon on ’’Civic Square Lease Scandal,” Cr. W. H. Murray on “Civic Administration,” and Mr. H. P. Taylor on the objects of ratepayers’ associations.
