THANKS OF CONSTITUENTS
Mr. W. J. Jordan. M.P. for Manukau. who is seeking the sanction of electors to visit Canada, addressed constituents at Ellerslie last evening. Mr. S. M. Knight, a member of the Ellerslie Town Board, presided at the meeting, and on behalf of the board expressed thanks to Mr. Jordan his services to the district. A resolution unanimously approving of Jordan’s visit to Canada was passedThe Mount Roskill Road Board last evening decided to convey to Mr. Jordan the congratulations of the on being chosen as one of the tour Xew Zealand representatives at the.conference in Canada.
