Liverpool futures: July, 10s 2d per cental; October, 10s 6d; December, 10s 6~d. Apples and Pears The Vedic’s Tasmanian apples sold as follows: —Sturniers, 10s to 12s; Rokewoods, lls 6d to 12s 6d; Cleopatras, 10s Gd to lls. The Tongariro’s New Zealand apples sold as follows:—Stunners, 10s 6d to 12s 6d; Delicious, 13s to 15s: Doughertys and Rokewoods, 13s to 14s. The Benalla’s Victorian pears were practically worthless. The Somerset’s New Zealand pears were variable. The Winter Nellis (trays) realised 7s. The Tongariro’s New Zealand pears were excellent. The Winter Nellis fetched from 4s to 7s 6d, the Josephines from 6s to Bs.
