In the inter-Varsity cricket match, Cambridge scored 292 runs in the first innings (Duleep Singhji 52, Killick 74, aud Robins 53; C. Hillwood took six wickets for 79). Oxford in its first innings is 8 for the loss of no wickets. Ireland scored 346 in the first innings against Scotland (Macdonald 132, McVeagh 65, and Douglas 57). Scotland in its first innings made 211 (Kerr 52, Alexander 52; Dixon took five wickets for 52 runs.
