RAIN LETS UP (Special to THE SUN) WELLINGTON, To-day. The rain ceased last night, and today is beautiful, with every prospect of a fine to-morrow for the opening of the Wellington races, but while the course is drying it must still be very heavy. The latest scratching is Awangawanga, for all engagements.
