LABOUR DAY DATE
THE Dates Committee of the Racing Conference met at Wellington yesterday. Nothing official is available, but it is understood that it was decided to recommend to the Full Conference that the Waikato Hunt Club should have the Labour Day date. Monday, Octo» ber 22. and the Waikato Racing Club Saturday and Wednesday, October 20 and 24, the Hunt Club to have Labour Day for this year only.
