“THE SILENT HOUSE”

SEASON EXTENDED The present taste for mystery plays has caused Maurice Moscovich to be so successful with “The Silent House,” that J. C. Williamson, Ltd., have decided to extend the season until Thursday. To do this it has been necessary to make extensive arrangements for the postponement of the Australian premiere. “The Silent House” has brought big business to His Majesty’s during the past week, and there will doubtless be a repetition of this during the extended season. The cast will rest to-night, and the extended season will begin to-morrow evening, playing each night until next Thursday. This will be Auckland’s last opportunity of seeing Mr. Moscovich, for after the Australian season, he will return to England.
