BLAKE ILLUSTRATIONS

GOING TO LONDON MAY BE SOLD AT CHRISTIE’S The set of Blake Illustrations to the Book of Job, discovered in Auckland last March as the result of the investigations of a member of The Sun staff, are to be sent to Englarfd that experts may pass final judgment on them. After that they* will probably be offered for sale at Christie’s, where they will most likely share the fate of most English art treasures and go to America. Mr. Laurence Binyan, of the British Museum, an eminent Blake authority, has already been in personal communication with The Sun man who made the original discoveries in Auckland. He was placed in possession of all the ascertainable information through The Sun, and his conclusions so far have been based upon this.
