SELECTING DELEGATES PARTY OF FOUR FOR CANADA Press Association WELLINGTON, To-day. The meetings of the Parliamentary rt ies were held this morning to dis*ugg the proposal to send delegates to Canada under the auspices of the Empire Parliamentary Association. The delegates will leave New Zealand on July 31 and return in October. The situation is rendered a little diffirult by the fact that this is election rear, but in spite of this it was felt that New Zealand should be represented, since Canada specially desired it Further meetings will be held tomorrow when the selection of delegates will probably be made. ° The suggestion is that four members should form the New Zealand delegation, one from the Legislative Council and one from each of the parties in the House of Representatives.
