MAN CHARGED WITH THEFT FROM BROTHER

FAMILY was divided in the Otahuhu Police Court this morning. Jack Henry Labrum (Mr. Brodie) appeared on a charge of the theft of the sum of £lO 10s from his brother. After evidence had been heard before Messrs. Atkinson and Bradley, J.P.’s, Labrum reserved his defence and was committed to the Supreme Court for trial.
