BANKRUPT BUILDER

(From Our Oxen Correspondent.) HAMILTON. To-day. Creditors in the bankrupt estate n£ C. Mildenhall, builder, of Fnnkton, met this morning. The liabilities to unsecured creditors amount to about £6OO and to secured creditors £2,800. Bankrupt said his only asset was his interest in a property at Hamilton. The meeting adjourned till next Thursday to enable bankrupt to prepare his statement.
