PIANOFORTE RECITAL
Miss Lottie Vickery's successful pianoforte recital at the Grafton Library Hall last evening opened with two Bach numbers, “Gavotte" and • Sarabantte.” ..rj^* ese were followed by Beethoven's ' Thirty-two Variations in C Minor •• interpreted with skill and precision. Other offerings included Schumann's tantasie, Beethoven's Sonata. Op. 7$ and a Chopin Prelude and Etude. The programme concluded with Schubert's well-known “March Militaire ” Supporting artists were Miss Myra Monk, whose numbers included the favourite Musetta's song from “La Boheme and Miss Beth Haddon, who contributed elocutionary items.
