KING COUNTRY BILLIARDS

The final contest in the series for the King Country amateur billiards championship resulted in a win for Ck A. Stevenson with a score of 1.001, against L. A. Baker. 683. Stevenson's average was 10.6. and Baker’s 7.3. At the conclusion of the match, which attracted a large attendance <*< the public, the Mayor, Mr. Cl. E. Manson. handed the championship cup to the winner, cheers bein* given for the winner and the runnerup. The Mayor complimented Mr. J. Vuyicli on the manner in which he had . conducted the tournament.
