1 TRIBUTE to tne New Zealand '*'*■ Police Force was paid to-day by Inspector T. W. S. Parsons, of the British Columbia Provincial Police. They are the finest force he has seen, he said this morning. Inspector Parsons is a through passenger on the Niagara, returning to Vancouver after an extended holiday trip through China, the East and Australia.
