Press Association BLENHEIM, To-day. mHE whaling launch Miss Liberty, I owned by J. A. Perano, enaged with a whaling party in Tory Einnel, took fire while chasing a lhald in Cook Strait on Saturday. towline was attachted to the Lggel to bring her into the change!, but the towline burned through J the launch was completely fostroyed. The crew was saved. Allies Liberty was one of the jlftest craft in New Zealand waters.
