HIPPODROME
VAUDEVILLE AND PICTURES Professor D’Almaine, a worldrenowned hypnotist, will again demonstrate his powers at the Hippodrome Theatre this evening. His appearance at the Hippodrome a week ago, when he induced a long sleep in a man, was the cause of much surprise and interest and as he will give an entirely new demonstration this evening, his visit is already being keenly looked forward to. Again Professor D’Almaine will present amazing experiments in catalepsy, in bloodless surgery and in suggestive therapeutics. Nor will the more humorous side be forgotten for he will again so hypnotise people that they will imagine they are monkeys or something they certainly are not. In addition to Professor D’Almaine’s entertainment, the management will present the picture. “Blood Will Tell,” a story of the West, starring Buck Jones. The story tells of a ranchman who permits an Eastern girl to believe that she is actually the owner of a range which is his own. Instead of claiming his property he goes to work for her as a cow-hand and saves her from desperadoes in spectacular fashion. And, of course, he wins her i as the reward of his virtue,
