RESOLUTION. | In exercise of the powers conferred on it by “The Reserves and Other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1919” (Clause 11), “The Road Boards Act, 1908,” and its amendments, “The Public Works Act, 1908,” and “The Public Works Amendment Act, 1924,” the Ostend Road Board hereby makes by Special Order a By-law under “The Public Works Act. 1908,” as amended by “The Public W'orks Amendmetn Act, 1924,” to amend the By-law of the said Board made and passed on the 10th day of October, 1921, and intituled “By-laws of the Ostend Road Board.” The object and purport of the proposed By-law are (a) to extend and amend the definition of heavy traffic as set out in such By-laws, (b) to provide a uniform annual heavy traffic licence fee in respect of motor vehicles and other vehicles.
