DIED IN DENTIST’S CHAIR
MAORI WOMAN COLLAPSES ANAESTHETIC BEING USED (Special to TUB BUN) TAIHAPE, Thursday. A Maori woman, Mrs. Jack Kerep.*, of Karioi, met her death in the dentist's chair at a private hospital in Taihape this morning. She was under an anaesthetic in order to have some teeth extracted by a local dentist, and suddenly collapsed and died, when the extraction was nearly completed. An inquest will be held to-morrow.
