The chief portfolios have been distributed as follow: Prime Minister and Interior.—Mohamed Pasha Mahmud. Foreign Affairs.—Dr. Haftz Afifi Bey. Justice. —Ahmed Pasha Kashaba. Finance. —Ali Pasha Maher. War and Marine. —Gaafer Pasha Wali. The opinion is expressed that the life of the new Ministry will be a short one.
