ACCIDENTS OF SPORT (9) £250 if the subscriber shall be killed or dies as the result of injuries received while such subscriber Is engaged or competing as an amateur in any game or sport conducted under the jurisdiction of and in accordance with the rules of a duly constituted club or governing body. LIFE-SAVING ACCIDENTS (10) £250 If the subscriber shall be killed or dies as the result of Injuries received in endeavouring to save human life. TOTAL OR PARTIAL DISABLEMENT (11) £250 In case of an accident as defined in the clauses (1) to (10) above, should such accident not result In death but cause PERMANENT PARTIAL DISABLEMENT through the loss of two limbs or two eyes, or one limb and one eye (12) £IOO in case of an accident as defined In the clauses (1) to (10) above, should such accident not result in death but cause PERMANENT TOTAL DISABLEMENT through the loss of one limb or one eye. (13) £5 per week for a period not exceeding two weeks together with medical expenses not exceeding £5 in case of an accident as defined in clauses (1) to (10) above, should such accident not result in death but cause TEMPORARY TOTAL DISABLEMENT provided that in the case of accidents to subscribers while playing football or riding bicycles or motor-cycles not more than one week's compensation at £ 5 a week shall be payable. PROVIDED ALWAYS that the above Undertaking and Agreement is subject to the following special conditions which are of the essence of the contract. namely (a) The scope of the Insurance is restricted to accidents happening in New Zealand and to steamers sailing within New Zealand territorial waters.
