ii’HEN F. G. Holmes squeezed Logan Chief home by a narrow margin in the sensational finish of the Cornwall Handicap on Saturday it brought his winning total for the season up to 32, and this now places him well at the head of the winning reinsmen’s list for the season. He is followed by M. B. Edwards, 29, and W. J. Tomkinson, 25.
