Was he insured with the "Sun” or the "Star”? IS THIS ANY GOOD? Telegram to the electors of Manukau: "Sorry, can't stand for Parliament; I don’t want to PASS OVER JORDAN yet awhile.” I must at least put on the Show first, n’est-ce pas?—that’s Maori for "What do you think?” Memo, to the crowd who listened to our Rehearsal last night instead of paying for the Show to-morrow night: "800, I hate you.” As for the tall man with turned-up collar, well, I hope his pet rabbit dies! Well, I must run and paint the Pulpit for Torchy. Cheer-io.
