LITTLE THEATRE SOCIETY
“OUTWARD BOUND” Rehearsals are proceeding steadily with “Outward Bound,” which the Little Theatre Society is presenting in the concert chamber on July 5,6, 7 and 9. The difficult part of the Rev. William Duke, an East End clergyman, will be taken by Mr. John Stewart. Although this is Mr. Stewart’s first speaking part in a Little Theatre production, he has always been an inde-
fatigable worker for the society and many of the previous productions owe a large amount of their success to this energetic committeeman. As with the other characters in “Outward Bound,” the part calls for not only ability, but suitability, but it is anticipated that Mr. Stewart will be thoroughly successful in the character of the clergyman who so kindly endeavoured to help the others on the voyage.
