GREEN.—On June 27, 1928, at his late residence, Hamilton, Samuel Lionel Green, F.R.C.S. (Edin.), aged 37 years. MATTHEWS.—On June 27, Charles Edward Matthew's, of 1 Peary Road, Mount Eden, barrister and solicitor, youngest eon of the late Dr. Matthews, and husband of the late Louisa Emily Matthews; aged 73 years. Private interment. MORRIS.—Died on June 26, at his son’s residence, Morrinsville, William James Morris, in his 84th year. PHILLIPS.—On June 27, at her son-in-law’s residence, H. A. Kasper, Ponsonby, Elizabeth, wife of the late Charles Phillips, of Warkworth; aged 90 years. RESTELL.—On June 24. 1928, at Palmerston North, Reginald Burdett, dearly loved husband of Nancy L. Restell; aged 58 years. SCAHILL.—At King George V. Hospital, on June 24, 1928, Sarah, beloved wife of M. Scahill, after a long and painful Illness; aged 54 years. No mourning by request.
