Surmounted by a panelled and vaulted arch, elaborated by concealed lighting effects, this proscenium will be the most striking feature of Otahuhu’s new £50,000 theatre, plans for which have been prepared by Mr. A. Sinclair O'Connor. On either side of the arch are two elaborate boxes, and the entrance from the Great South Road may be seen on the right.
