MAUI POMARE SAILING. —Efforts are being made to dispatch the new Government motor-ship Maui Pomare from Auckland to-day for Apia, Samoa and Nuie Island. Her repairs to her steering gear - were expected to be completed this morning. PORT DENISON’S ALTERED ITINERARY.—The Farmers’ Co-operative Auctioneering Company has been advised that the itinerary of the C. and D. Line’s steamer Port Denison has been ■ altered. The vessel leaves Port Kembla to-day for New Plymouth, where she is r due next Sunday to commence her loading for Home. She later fills up at j Auckland Lyttelton and Wellington. The Port Denison is due here or July 5 and i sails finally from Wellington*, on July 15 jfor London, via Montevideo.
