The Tauranga Municipal Bands annual meeting was held in the room on Friday evening. The usurer’s statement showed a sirofinancial position, there being a c balance of £6B. Assets amount £222, and liabilities nil. Tho band has a membership - playing members. The following officers were President, Mr. B. C. Robbins, president, Major W. E. Bennet • retary and treasurer, Mr. R- G. A band sergeant, Mr. H. Bougen, ian, Mr. R. Stewart; lance-corporai. E. Conway; drum-major, Mr. • . Intosh; committee, Messrs. JL N. Robinson, X. P- Allen; band sentatives and councillors, - Allely and Ivory, representing Borough Council. Mr. IV. Ebbett appointed >ndu't<-.r.
