BOOKMAKING CHARGE
ELDERLY MAN ARRESTED Arrested on Saturday, Thomas Jackson, aged 56, was charged at the Police Court to-day with having carried on business as a bookmaker, and further, with having loitered at Green Lane for the purpose of betting. He was remanded to appear again next Friday.
