Merchants report receipt of cverseas cables as follows: — G. Paviour Smith, from his London principals, the Anglo-Continental Produce Company, under date June 22: “Market firm; butter 1765; cheese, 103 s to 1045.” Joseph Nathan and Co., from Trengrouse and Nathan, Ltd., London: “Butter 176 s to 178 s; cheese, 102 s to 104 s; market not so strong.” A. H. Turnbull and Co., from their London principals, Wedell and Co., under date June 22:—“Butter, Danish, 172 s to 1765; New eZaland unsalted, 178 s to 180 s; New Zealand salted, 174 s to 1765. Market firm. Cheese, New Zealand, white and coloured, 103 s to 104 s. Market firm. Canadian, white and coloured, 100 s to 102 s.
