The importance of Dr. Bossard's report on the commercial oil deposits in New Zealand cannot be over-empha-sised. It definitely establishes the potentialities of this new Dominion industry, sponsored by an All-British Company with All-British Capital, whose headquarters are in Sydney and operating in New Plymouth.
