BLUSH UNDER LEADER'S PRAISE “The blind owe their pensions at the present time chiefly to Mr. W. E. Parry,, M.P. for Auckland Central ,'' said Mr. H. E. Holland at the Town Hall last evening, while Mr. Parry blushed modestly. Later on Mr. Holland handed out another bouquet. “Whatever this country oives to the Family Allowances Act, it owes to Mr. M. J. Savage"—and it was now Mr. Savage's turn. The Auckland Labour members had lined out in force with their chief for his big and successful meeting.
