Henry David Nairn was granted a decre nisi against Florence Muriel Nairn in the Supreme Court by Mr. Justice Blair to-day, on the grounds of desertion. The case was undefended. Petitioner said he lived with his wife for one week when he returned from the war. After that his wife left him.
