The Development and Migration Commission has presented an exhaustive report to the Federal Ministry, covering unemployment. It recommends the State Governments to adopt a common policy of planning public works well ahead over a term of years, to adopt a uniform sjfstem of employment bureaux, arrange with the educational authorities for an extension of vocational training for youths after leaving school, to provide facilities for the training of business and industrial executives in the problems of seasonal fluctuations. industrial organisation and management.
