Daylight Saving. —The Manukau Yacht Club last evening passed a motion in support of daylight saving. Essential Oils. —Mr. W. F. Short in a lecture at the Auckland University College last evening, under the auspices of the Auckland Institute, explained the methods of producing perfumes and medicinal substances from essential oils.
