Hospital Administration. The Palmerston North Borough Council last evening decided to approach local bodies throughout New Zealand with view to getting the hospital administration policy altered and getting more direct representation on hospital boards.—P.A. Bus-Driver Fined. —For crossing the railway line at Te Papapa in his mo-tor-bus on April 11 in front of an approaching train, T. G. White was fined £2 in the Onehunga Police Court yesterday. Defendant said that owing to the rattle of his bus he did not hear the engine whistle.
