Miss Harvey, the British canhm says the suggestion that the American, were so certain they were going to win that they did not trouble to brinthe cup with them is absurd. Thev are a chai-ming sporting team she says, and they left the cup in America owing to a misunderstanding. It wt be sent to England shortly.
