CARGO FROM SOUTH AUSTRALIA. —The local office of the Union Company advises that the Kawatiri, which left Melbourne at midnight last "Wednesday with South Australian cargo for discharge at New Plymouth, Portland. Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin, is due at the Taranaki port to-morrow, and here this week-end. STEAMERS FROM LONDON. —.The Commonwealth and Dominion Line’s motor-ship Port Huon, which is due at Auckland from London on July 15, will also discharge at Wellington and New Plymouth. The Port Napier is to leave London on July 18 for Lyttelton, Dunedin and Bluff, and the Port Campbell on August 8 for Lyttelton, Dunedin and Napier. C. AND D. NEW YORK STEAMERS. — The Commonwealth and Dominion Line advises that the Port Bowen is scheduled to leave New York on June 23 with case oil and general merchandise for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. She is to be followed by the Port Hunter, which is to leave New York at the end of August, also for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. NIAGARA ARRIVES.—ShortIy after 10.30 o'clock this morning the Union Company’s R.M.S. Niagara arrived in the stream at Auckland from Vancouver, via Victoria, Honolulu and Suva. After pratique was granted, the vessel berthed at the Prince’s Wharf to land her passengers, mails and part cargo. She leaves here at 11 a.m. to-morrow in continuation of her voyage to Sydney. George Gibb and 18 third-class TRANS-PACIFIC CARGO STEAMERS. —The Union Company advises the following movements of vessels engaged in the trans-Pacific cargo services:— The Hauraki left San Francisco on May 28 for Auckland, Wellington. Melbourne, Adelaide and Sydney, and will sail thence to Suva and Vancouver. She is due at Auckland to-night. The Waitemata left Los Angeles on Saturday for Wellington, Melbourne, Adelaide and Sydney. She is due at Wellington on July 11. The Waihemo left Suva on May 31 for Vancouver, San Francisco and Los Angeles to load for Auckland, Napier, Wellington, Melbourne and Sydney. She will clear Los Angeles on July 12, and is due at Auckland on August 5. The Wairuna left Sydney on June 11 for Fiji, Fanning Island, Vancouver. San Francisco and Los Angeles to load for Auckland, Napier, Lyttelton, Dunedin, New Plymouth, also Bluff or Nelson, if sufficient inducement. She will clear Los Angeles on August 17. The Waiotapu will leave Lyttelton to- | day for Melbourne, Sydney and New- 1 castle, and sail thence to Vancouver direct. She will complete loading at San Francisco and Los Angeles for Papeete, Wellington, Melbourne and Sydney, and clears Los Angeles on August. 20. The forward loading dates at the Pacific Coast are approximately as follow; The Hauraki will load at Vancouver i and San Francisco in August and September for Auckland, Wellington, Mel- | bourne. Adelaide and Sydney. The Waitemata will load at Vancouver j and San Francisco during September for New Zealand and Australian ports. The Waihemo will load at Vancouver and San Francisco in October and November, probably for New Zealand outports. A steamer will load at Vancouver and San Francisco during December for New Zealand and Australian ports.
