FRAUD ALLEGED
HUSBAND AND WIFE CHARGED George Russell, aged 24, and his wife, Elva Ellen Russell, aged 20, were charged at the Police Court to-day with obtaining money and clothing from Harry Mayer by means of a valueless cheque for £5. They were remanded to appear again next Friday
