To-day’s Recipe; SWISS EGGS MELT one and a-half ounces of butter, stir in one and a-half ounces of flour and half a pint of cold milk, and bring to the boil. Cook for eight minutes. Then add two and a-half ounces of grated cheese, one teaspoonful of Worcester sauce , and half a teaspoon ful of chopped parsley. Cut three hard-boiled eggs in half, place each half on a round of hot buttered toast, end coat with the sauce, pouring remainder round dish.
