GREEN MILL, MILFORD
“SHARPSHOOTERS” “Sharpshooters,” starring George O’Brien and Lois Moran, in a story of an amorous American sailor, will be shown to-night at the Green Mil! Theatre, Milford. The story has a picturesque uacKground of Morocco, York and the United States Navy, enhanced by the sweetness of Miss Moran, as a nautch girl, in a foreign cafe and the subtle comedy of O’Brien as the hardened sailor. O’Brien, who has proved himself a comedian as w r ell as a master of the serious drama, has again risen to the heights of comedy as the handsome, devil-may-care sailor. This is the second picture in which Mr. O Brien has handled the portrayal of a sailor with humour and feeling. The stcry tells of an American sailoraian. who made love to a little girl in a cafe in Morocco. He sailed and thought no more about her. but she followed him to New York and failing to find him took a job as a dancing girl in a cabaret. An exciting and powerfully dramatic Tom Mix story will also be shown entitled “Broncho Shooter.”
