ORDERED TO PAY COSTS Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, To-day. Mr. E. D. Mosley, S.M., to-day gave his reserved judgment in the charge against Mr. H. Goggin, acting-secre-tary of the Metropolitan Trotting Club, of a breach of the Gaming Act by unlawfully permitting to be received an investment on the totalisator otherwise than at the totalisator itself. Defendant was convicted and as the case was a test, he was ordered to pay costs only.
