MATCHES TO-MORROW The following matches in the Domain group of the Auckland Primary Schools’ Rugby Football Association will be played to-morrow:— Intermediate Grade.—Newmarket v. Wellesley Street, Parnell A v. Parnell B, both at 3.30 p.m. Junior Grade.—Newmarket v. Newton Central, Newton West v. Grafton, both at 3.30 p.m.; Parnell, a bye.

In drawing up the programme for this season’s “big” Rugby, the delegates to the animal meeting of the New Zealand Rugby Union made tentative arrangements to play a match between the minor unions of the North Island and those of the South Island as a “curtain-raiser’’ to the inter-island gam© in Christchurch on August IS. Now it lias # been decided that the minor unions’ match shall not be played in Christchurch. If it is played at all, it will be held in the North Island. Palmerston North has been offered the game, for August 4.
