RESENTED SCOLDING TELL-TALE CORRESPONDENCE (From Our Oxen Correspondent) HAMILTON, To-day. Carsten Alfred Nielsen, of Whangarei (Mr. J. F. Strang) was granted, in the Supreme Court yesterday, a decree nisi, dissolving his marirage with Catherine Maud Nielsen on the ground of continuous desertion since 1923. Evidence was given that in 1923 petitioner intercepted certain correspondence between respondent and a man named Gordon. When petitioner expostulated with his wife she left him next day, and he had not seen her since. Corroborative evidence was given by petitioner’s youngest son.
