SCHOOL AND CLUB RUGBY

TO-MORROW’S ENGAGEMENTS

MARIST’S CHALLENGE TO PONSONBY

CLUB engagements at Eden Park to-morrow will be leavened with the brighter football that is typical of school Rugby. King’s College is meeting Mount Albert Grammar on No. 2 ground, and on the main ground Marist will meet Ponsonby, and Training College will meet University.

Should Marist. beat Ponsonby the former will be in a strong position, and such a contingency would put University at the head of the table if the students, as they should, can overcome Training College! to-morrow. In the other senior games College Rifles meets City, Grammar meets Shore, and Manukau meets Grafton. Each of the las - : two matches will be played on the suburban team’s ground, and the prospects of the home teams look bright. THE TEAMS LIST Senior Grade Grammar 0.8. —Schnauer, Williams, Olsen, J.
