DEBATE IN TOWN HALL
AMERICAN UNIVERSITY STUDENTS
The visit of a team of universitydebaters from U.S.A. is being keenly looked forward to by everyone who enjoys a well-contested debate. The fact that their first debate will be on the question of prohibition in America makes their appearance all the more interesting, as they will doubtless bring first-hand information with them. Visits of overseas debaters to Auckland have, unfortunately, been all too rare, and the contact with these students from Bates University to liege, Lewisham. Maine, U.S.A.. -hould provide a stimulating and enjoyable evening.
